I called King Price on the 14th August 2013 to cancel my policy I spoke to a person by the name of Chantal, she advised that one of her seniors will call me back and attend to me, Nothing happened. I called back on the 15th and spoke to Kevin, the same scenario. I called back on the 16th and Spoke to Chantal again and finally spoke to roelien. I asked to cancel my policy because outsurance provided me with a much sweeter deal which roelien herself couldn't believe. I still maintained that I want to cancel policy but she further went on to say that she can better the quote, and I should send her the quote from outsurance

I emailed her the quote from outsurance on the 17th and have had no feedback eversince, I called her on the 20th August to find out what exactly was going on and She said that she was "comparing apples with apples" and she would have it ready by day end 20th August.

Its the 21st and have no feedback as yet.

To all the consumers out there, the customer service that king price delivers is simply pathethic yet they portray that their service is fir For "KIngs" don't even waste your time, I wonder what would happen in the event of a claim.
