For weeks I have been trying to change my Justsave account to a JustInvest account with no luck. Ive applied online and over the phone I have been told the account is open, yet I have no access to it and nobody can help. I was supposed to receive my documentation within 4 working days - its been weeks now.
I also tried closing my old savings account (which costs me every month even though I dont use it) to no avail. Been promised to be called back and never have.
Today I want to find out what my swipe limit is on my credit card in another county, but nobody can assist unless I call the call centre and enter my credit card number (Sounds like a, but even if it isnt, I would NEVER provide my credit card number so willingly).
Will somebody help me with this info, close my old account and assist with my JustInvest before I change to another bank!?
