I am a very mad customer and the best of all is you guys are just getting me madder.

I bought a stove from Game on my credit card, I was ALLOWED to purchase this on my credit card, because the credit limit on my credit card, was"apparently enough! Because the transaction went through, BUT then I was phoned by someone to tell me that I went R1361.28 over the account limit.

Now I found out that there is a further R1110.00 deducted off the account, when I try and phone, the phone call gets cut, not only that when I do get through I get told to phone this number and that number, throwing me from pillar to post, My credit card is also frozen now, because I have dared to phone in, now I have to go into the branch to get it sorted out, I will be closing my account with your guys as soon as the month end rush is over, I have never seen such monkeys in my life before

When a credit limit is set and the card is swiped IT SHOULD DECLINE, ask Standard Bank they will tell you how to do it. I am also putting this letter on the hello Peter site. YOU GUYS have no clue how to run a business.
