M&F has no customer service

In April I contacted M&F with total expenses for my car after their client bumped into my car. Nothing came out of it until i went to the MF website to complain. Megan Jordan quickly responded to my complaint and requested more information which i promptly supplied. Megan then proceeded to forward my complaint to Mark Kruger and Rachel Reats. Since then nothing has happened, I'm still where i was in April. The only time when i get feedback is when i ask for it, otherwise they are happy to just sit and do nothing with my claim. I want to be reimbursed for all expenses incurred as soon as possible, i'm not going to settle for anything else. I have been extremely patient with you and will not tolerate being treated like i'm invisible. Pay me what i spent on the car and let's close this ugly chapter.
