Alarming excuses!

I am running a business next door to the FNB ATM in Pier 14, Port Elizabeth. For the past two days the alarm inside this FNB facility has been triggered erratically and at all hours. The noise has had a devastating effect on my business as clients have to shout to be heard and be shouted at when the noise carries on for about 5 minutes every time it is triggered.
Numerous calls to various FNB departments had no effect - each with the lame excuse "We have a problem with the alarm". No need to tell me! I'm the one having the problem to pacify my clients whilst FNB could not care less.
