In October 2012 i went to Absa to change my account from a saving acc to a check acc to my Knowledge and trust in my bank i did not worry about anything and went on doing my banking as usual. But then i got my first email with my statement (note almost 5 moths later) and all the promises the consultant made was not met then i sent my manager to go and check my acc and it was not changed to a Silver value bundle R79 a month check acc. then i went to the grove on 30-04-2013 they did not want to help me and said i should go to the bank where i opened the acc in mayville, on the 08-06-2013 i went to Mayville and yet again they could not help me to solve my problem. The lady that assisted me promised me that they will phone me on Monday 10-06-2013 as it is a Saturday and no consultants are available. She said they could have helped me at The Grove. Its 3 days later and nothing has been done. My problem is i have been paying for bank charges that was not explained to me and when i went to the bank to solve my problem they sent me from pillar to post and i don't call the service i call that pass the bucket! this is my last resort
