Respond to alarm

My house is covered by ADT. For the past two months my house has been targeted for break ins. Four attempts have been made but luckily only breakage and no entry because we were alert and could scare the away.
every time we triggered the alarm or panic button and then it takes ADT between 20 to 45 minutes to respond.
ADT also replaced a faulty sensor of sub standard than to what was previously installed with the excuse that they no longer manufacture the kind of sensors that is installed but we had to pay more than a R1000, 00 for substandard equipment. ADT were informed on numerous occasions that my house is targeted but they don't seem to care.
