ADT Alarm driving others crazy!

My neighbour's alarm keeps going off - day and night.

They are hardly ever at home and the noise is really annoying for the rest of us.
ADT doesn't even bother to respond most of the time - they too realise that it's just a waste of time to come out, climb over the gate and inspect the property - all for nothing.

What are my rights with regards to the consistent noise that we have to endure due to faulty alarm systems?
PLEASE HELP!!!
