Great service, great attitude

I applied for insurance with them because my insurance with Outsurance is a bit steep for me, as I am a single mommy. Upon cancellation notice with outsurance, they offered me a better deal because I wanted to cancel. I phoned Virgin Insurance to cancel the new policy with them as there was no need to shift my insurance anymore. Bret Kowlessar was very understanding and treated me with a lot of respect. At least the application with Virgin Insurance helped me to get a better price from my current insurance and I am very grateful for that. Thank you Bret.
