There's a particular reason why I buy into every aspect of the Virgin franchise. Service excellence! After a few years of a broker handling all my insurance, I am very grateful to have moved back to Virgin Insurance recently. They handled my claim quickly and efficiently. And there is no excess to pay which makes this insurance even more worth while over and above their effectiveness.
