Just want to say thank you to Claude for making my claim process as smooth as possible! he has a great sense of humor and it was pleasant hearing his voice when he called with feedback!

I dreaded claiming from insurance as i did not have the best of luck lately!

I must say Virgin Insurance is a great company!!! i do hope i wont have to deal with you soon and not in a bad way! only because i don't want to claim for a very long time and if i deal with you soon it means i have to claim!
