I requested to cancel our hosehold insurance since we are currently out of the country and our furniture is in storage. My request was fulfilled within one working day and an updated policy was emailed to me. This is not the first time that Virgin Insurance has delivered very professional and speedy response to enquiries and requests. I have been with Virgin Insurance for a couple of years and I will never use anybody else again. They are super super efficient. I have been with many other insurance companies in the past and NOBODY beats Virgin's service. Very good pricing too.
