Excellent Service from Brent!

I had found a better insurance deal from a different insurer, explaining where the benefits would in comparison with Virgin Insurance - however Brent, a group specialist, did try and assist to get me a better deal, but still didnt work to be better than the alternative deal I had received. I therefore cancelled my insurance with Virgin and Brent was extremely helpful and handled my request very proffessionally and swiftly and did assure me at any point Im always welcome back into the Virgin Insurance fold. Such a great positive attitude!
