I went to FNB The Reeds (Mall@Reds) to get documents certified and stamped. As I was told by the lady at collections that I must go to the lady at relations banking. I had to wait 20 minutes after that for assistance and just for them to tell me only the manager can stamp my documents for me and there is no manager at the bank for that day! This is really bad as I had to wait for so long to be assisted! and that there was NO Manager at the bank??? and there was no hostest to assist any one in the ques to ask for assistance! Thanks FNB for just wasting peoples time!
