I went to Absa Mall@Reds to get my documents (assignment) certified and a commissioner of oaths stamp and I went to the information desk and the lady working there told me that ABSA was not allowed to stamp any other documents except for only ABSA documents. I was really upset as I had to stand in a very long que and there was no hostest to assist the people and also when I asked for a manager as all managers can stamp documents the lady at the information desk said that there was NO MANAGER or any person that can assist me there that day? Now how is it possible for me to get my documents stamped at ABSA Rivonia but not at ABSA Mall@Reds? this is really bad services and so the lady was telling a lie!! UNACCEPTABLE!
