47 minutes to collect a card!!!

I had to wait 47 minutes in a queue to collect my new ATM card, and that with only 5 people in the line before me when I got there. TOTALLY UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE!! Every single time I have to do something at the Mall @ Reds branch, I leave with a sour taste in my mouth. Mostly because of them being totally under-staffed.
I confronted the branch manager after 15 minutes and again after a further 15 minutes wait, and she responded that there are supposed to be two people manning the two help-desks. Needless to say, there was only one person until I eventually got to the front.

FNB! You better pick up your game!!
