HI i applied for debt consolidation with Standard Bank Customer Assist on 28 December 2012 sent my application from a standard bank branch Kromboom to 011 981 8893, i followed up on my application 15 days later and was told by one of there consultants that my application is being uploaded onto there systems and then escalated to a Manager and they should give me a call 3days or so, i haven't received any feedback and called there customer assist again to follow up the lady then advised me it was at Manager and they will call me before the week ends, so i waited and still no response, my 3rd time i called again and the guy said he cannot seem to find my documents on the date i sent it and said i sent to the wrong fax number and i would have to resend my documents, so my point is two ladies said my documents were uploading and received then when i call 3rd time there are no documents this is really unacceptable and poor service im very unhappy with all of this why should i have to call and waist my time so, ITS NOW BEEN 30 days since i have sent my documents and no one could help or find documents i will not wait another 30days.please could someone assist me ASAP
