Inability to assist with eletronic banking

I took time out of my busy schedule to visit my branch Standardbank Mall@Reds Centurion for the simple matter of increasing my own electronic banking account limit. I was assisted by a trainee lady later assisted my a lady called Maxine, besides me being the trainee guineapig the systems were so slow that they could not assist at one terminal and did so after another after an already lengthy wait. I then signed documents for fund increase that was to be submitted with verification of funds (still don't know and understand why as I only wanted my limit increased and urgently for transfers). Called the callcenter at 1500 as this was not done after I was told it will be done by the branch. They pointed me from pillar to post eventually ZERO result>>>I can now confirm STANDARDBANK IS THE WORST BANK, this not to mention the amount of times they are offline and the ATM cancels your service or POS not working. I will forsure go through the pain and move my account as their systems process and ignorance thereto are staggering.
