I have a loan with Nedbank and for the last 5 months I have had monies being debited from my account for no reason. I am at my wits end no longer think I can handle the incompetence of the people that work there. I have called numerous times to get this sorted and did so again on Saturday getting through to some girl who said this will be refunded no later than Monday morning 03/06/2013, yet that day has come and gone and still I have not received back my money. I called in yesterday and spoke to Bridgette and she said oh sorry that they gave you the wrong info but this will take 3- 7 working days. I cannot wait this long for money that is mine I have things to do and need this no later than today. this is now nauseating me as this can no longer go on and I will not take this any longer.
