Double debited my account in error!!!

My account was double debited (R1900 went off twice). When i called Nedbank they advised me this was done in error, i was told my money will be returned to me within 4-7 working days. This is unacceptable!!! I needed to use my money on the weekend and it was erroneously taken by Nedbank and all they could tell me is that i must wait for 4-7 working days to get my money back. This is the worst customer service!!! Nedbank should be ashamed of themselves, they have no care or concern for their customers!!!
