Wonga won't remove email address

Someone used our company email address when applying for a loan through Wonga. All the emails from the "Welcome to Wonga" to demands are coming through despite replying to emails stating that this person is not at the address, requesting someone to contact me via telephone and phoning Charles last week and again today. Wonga's policy is that the email address will stay until the customer changes it or the loan is paid. Today Charles told me that the account would be "placed on hardship" meaning that the email address should be blocked and no more emails "should" come through. This is not acceptable. Their customer used a email address that doesn't belong to him. Wonga lacks the technology to send out the welcoming email with an account activation component which most financial based business do. So what do I want? To know why none of my return emails have been answered and when the email address will be removed.
