Mortgage bond

I got divorced in 2008 and i had a mortgage bond (joint0 with nedbnak. on the court settlement it was agreed the mortgage bond will be taken by my ex-husband. i presented this to Nedbank and we were told to come and sign some papers at nedbank parkstation JHB. my ex and I went and we were presented by a lot of papers . when we made a a follow up after a while, we were told there was nothing on the system and we can nly change the mortgage info through lawyers which i cant afford cause i am not working . i called Nedbank a couple of times with no luck. when the account is in arrears, nedbank used to call me and coming to think that i never stayed in that house is painful. where is Justice in SA? i s it only for rich people? i have enough info that the mortgage bond is no longer mine but Nedbank is turning a blind ear because am a poor SA citizen who cant afford a lawyer. Its been years and i have debt under my name which i have nothing to do with .let alone the keys to that house or ever setting my foot in it. My child and i are battling to get a bond cause of this and we live in a shack cause of this debt.
