Can't buy electricity on-line with my EBucks

I have been trying since the 9th of May 2013 to get an answer from FNB with regards to the error message I get every time I attempt to buy Eskom Electricity on-line. At first they responded that it was a Municipal problem and advised me to contact my local municipality. After receiving the all clear from the Municipality I went back to FNB to inform them that the issue was on their side. They did not believe me and a conference call was held between Themba from FNB, Phumzile from the Emalahleni Local Municipality and myself. FNB then undertook to escalate the matter and get back to me. On the 23rd of May Themba left me a long winded voice message on my cell phone which was unclear. I sent an e-mail back to Kholofelo, Annaclayto and the FNB Contact Centre Client Experience Team to explain about the unclear message. On the 29th of May I sent them another e-mail reminder. To date I have had no feedback. This is very disapointing service FNB.
