Overcharge on Electricity Bills and Bad service

Good Day,

We do not get any feedback from the municipality on our electricity bill, they over charge us, we pay every month the full outstanding invoice and then every month it shows their is amounts in the rear from previous months.
We also have an article from the local newspaper stating that they have illegal increased the electricity with 3.5% last year already which was rejected by Nersa, but they do not give us any feedback on our complains.
We also here at Ten ACRES complain about our roads condition which haven't been attended to for the past couple of years, with no reply whatso ever.

Can you please send me an e-mail where to I can send all documentations about our complains.
