Loan application incorrect information

I applied for loan from EC Finance, but the service I received was tlerrible. Firstly I hold for almost 10min to try and speak to a consultant, Which clearly doesn't know anything about customer service. iAfter getting my contract I spoke to her telling her that the information is incorrect and that it should be updated, her response was that its not problem and I should contact the right people. Now that not my problem because I don't work for EC Finance. In my loan contact they added skool fees, Life Insurrence, Groceries, suscriptions or others witch I do not have. I don't have child so there no school fees, I don't have life inssurence, and groceries are being brought by my fianc? on her staff card.

So please do me favor, and sort this out. My car in garage and I need the loan the get that bill paid. Our els I cant do my work.
