48 hours no electricity and still counting

Yet again Ethekwini municipality lets us down in the Sherwood area. We have had no electricity supply for the past 48 hours. The most disappointing part is that nobody at the municipality can give you a clear answer as to what the problem is, at first it was a blown fuse, next the transformer was blown, next it was cable.
What a shambles, and now workman are digging up the road 48 hours later and after I questioned them regarding the electricity supply they advise that they have only just been notified. One wonders if the municipality would behave in such a lax manner if my payment was made late?
