Debit going off - no service plan

I had a service plan which was arranged with Christine Venter. I bought a new vehicle in March 2013, and emailed and called Christine, she said the plan could just be cancelled. At the end of March I see a debit order going off. So I call the Call Centre and speak to Christine, then she says there was a form I was supposed to complete.
I complete the form as requested, and is promised on the recorded line by Kendal George that he will cancel the plan and get back to as soon as possible.
2 months down the line, 2 debit orders gone off. I sent emails to Lukanyo (Client Services Team Leader) and he replies to me saying 'your refund is being processed, will revert to you soonest' And here I am still waiting for someone to get back to me and let me know what is happening.
I know whover is going to respond to me now is going to say -
WE APOLOGISE AND WILL REVERT TO YOU SOONEST. Liquid Capital are with incompetent call centre agents.
