After payroll changes from my company, I phoned Absa Home Loans Division to inform them of this, and asked that my monthly instalments be moved to the 7th of every month by Debit Order, this did not happen and the Debit Order went of the 1st of the following month...

After another (the second) phone call to Absa, to rectify this, I was assured that this arrangement is in order, only to be contacted by Absa the following month due to insufficient funds in my account, and to be told I have to make the outstanding payment by the following day to avoid a BAD record against my name...

Again I had to phone in (the third time) to confirm that my instalments by Debit Order, be moved to the 7th of every month, to make sure that payments from my employer (and account held at FNB), done on the last day of every month, is cleared and to avoid a bad record against my name... and quess what? Again the Debit Order which was supposed to be moved to the 7th, went of on Saterday the 1st June... I do not know what to do anymore Absa??? After 3 failed attempts, what does it help me waisting my time and then be Contacted by you demanding payment or...
