I have made an arrangement with absa about a debit order payment and every time they phone me that the debit order will take place but when month end comes they never deduct the amount and half way through the month they phone you and say you must pay where i arranged for a debit order payment absa is useless i make arrangements and they do not keep to it and then they make it my problem or they just deduct a huge amount of money from my bank account without any notice and that is steeling my money i would not prefer absa to any bode as they are useless and has the worst bank charges move way from absa as soon as possible.

One of the worst banks.
