FNB Insurance Brokers
Not worth the money

I have FNB Insurance and I have endless issues.

1. Debiting on the correct bank accounts seems to be rocket-science!!!
2. My broker, Gale Mametsa is impossible to get hold of (I want my broker changed)
3. Every extension that they put you through to has a voicemail box because they people are never there and everytime they tell you the mailboxes are full and cannot accept more messages.

Do they know they are employing people who are never at their desks and dont check their messages? I want a broker who actually cares otherwise I will be taking my insurance somewhere else.
