Call Centre sold policy based on incorrect info

Last year I took out car insurance with Budget Insurance. They stated that their calls are recorded and the consultant named MPHO MASILO clearly stated that for every year i have my drivers license, my premium would be dropped. I then received a letter stating that due to the market, my premium would increase. I then contacted the call centre on 20 May 2013 to tell them that I'd like the reduction on my premium based on the information which was given when they sold the policy and they said that it is not part of the policy. They sold this policy to me and basically. The call centre team leader NEVASEN MOODLEY assured me that GEORGE PHINTSI, the manager of the consultant who sold the policy, would contact me within a 3 to 5 working days after they have pulled the call records. Today is 03 June 2013 and still no feedback has been received. The call centre agent to the public and the company refuses to respond.
