Moved direct to Hollard

I would just like to raise my dissatisfaction with being moved direct to Hollard. I only received a letter yesterday informing me of this. Today my debit order went off and it was R100 more than my previous premium even thought the letter stated my premium would not change. My new policy even states the correct premium but the debit order was for more. I even had to specifically request a copy of my new policy as I did not receive one. Now the policy schedule is also out of date and does not have changes I made to my policy with FNB insurance brokers a few weeks back.
I also no longer have one person to contact as I previously did with FNB insurance. I had one contact person that I could email my queries or requests through to and it would be handled. Now I have to deal with a call centre and take note of the person I speak to each time (like now this morning there is a separate person dealing with my refund and another with getting the policy corrected).
So overall I am not happy with this move and unless FNB insurance sorts this out I will look at moving my policy
