My son changed his policy to Budget in April 2013, he advised the agent that if he can change to the same as what he had for cheaper premium he will go for it, in September my son was in as accident and Budget proudly announced that he was not covered for accidents. I requested the conversation when the policy was taken out- no response, I requested a letter from Budget to state that the claim was declined (I need it for a court case) no response! on their website is no telephone nr for head office so you cant contact them, try to phone the call centre you must always speak to someone else. the FSB states that any info in connection with an insurance policy must be available to the client within 7 days, I've send e-mails, they open the mail but do not respond. I think they realised after listening to the tape that they are wrong and now try to keep quiet. please help!!!
