Invalid Annual Review - Lack of Resolution

I received a notification that my policy is up for an annual increase - which cannot be as the policy was only taken January this year. Over the past few weeks I've tried explaining this via email and to your call centre (still waiting for a call from the manager) with no answer or solution. The policy I had with you last year June till August was cancelled, on a different vehicle - even the structure and premium was different. The current policy was only taken in January this year, on a different vehicle with a different structure and is not the same policy. Please resolve this matter and provide confirmation that this will be rectified, how can I be scheduled for an annual increase when the policy is not even 6 months old yet? Appreciate a response... otherwise I'd have to look for another insurance provider...
