Deducted additional R2000 off my debit orde

Good Day, i need someone to get back to me urgently as there was an extra R2000 deducted of my debit order for vehicle finance and when phoning the service Centre 5 times and holding for long periods of time and running up my cellphone bill - still nobody has been able to assist!!
