Debit order for vehicle insuarnce

An insurance policy was linked to my vehicle finance account without any verbal or written concent of mine and a debit order was done on my account witout my approval. Can anybody just go and slap an additional debit order on your account with any of your approval? I am insured with OUTsurance and had to get a confirmation letter from them and submit it to the bank. Now I am still struggling to get my money paid back to me!!! We work on a budget and now all of a sudden you have R2100.00 less a month, taken from your account without any approval. How can money just be deducted from your account without aprroval?? According to them the would have been paid back to me within 7 days. I am stiil waiting for this transaction to happen!!!
