INCORRECT ALLOCATION OF DEBIT ORDER

I have a loan account with Woolworths. End of April an amount of R2863.00 was taken per debit order. I was R863 over my loan amount. My debit order covered this amount and my credit should have then been R2000 available again. However, when checking I have R409 available. I have tried for the past 2 weeks to get this resolved. The team leader, Gusna then confirmed on Friday the 17th of May it was an error in their finance department and they will rectify this and provide me with feedback. This is not happening. I want to know what happened to the R2000.00. This month another R2254.05 must be deducted and then they take my R2000 again. This is not acceptable and I am not getting any joy to find out where my money has gone. This is poor service to say the least. Their call centre staff did not even understand what I was trying to explain to them, how are they expected to provide a service
