Double Debit Orde

Beares/African Bank deducted a double payment from my bank account. After 13 days I dont have my money back. I have been charged additional costs by creditors, and bank charges are astrenomical. I had to make a loan to pay some of my creditors. Unfortunately I have to pay interest on this loan. I have called them 7 times, with empty promises. There is nothing that screws up your name like a debit order that defaults. Please, I am desperate. I have incurred additional costs of approximately R600 due to African Bank taking a double debit order. Not only do I want my money, but I want my costs incurred, including my cellphone money that I have been phoning (approx R165). They record these telephone calls, I was gentle in the beginning, but when I phoned them tonight, I was rude, I swore at them. I want a letter from them to provide to my creditors to state that they are in the wrong. I am in the process of buying a vehicle, and I will definately take them to court if I loose my credibility. I need my money, and in this case, I need to know what to do to cancel the deal. I am fed-up with African Bank. If I was overdue with their bill, they will phone me everyday. I demand action.
