Reduce monthly debit orde

Absa Vehicle finance - I have vehicle finance with Absa, and increased my monthly monthly debit order to pay more than the required amount.

After some months I wanted to reduce the amount back to the original, initially just for two months after which i would increase the debit order again.
This simple task turned out to be an endless frustration of 2 hour long phone calls, getting put through to various different ABSA departments of which not a single one could help me but only diverted me back to the previous one.

I am sick of Absa incompetence and can't wait to be free from their lack of service
