Unauthorized debit orde

I'm very disappointed with ABSA. I received a letter in my postbox stating that I must email a proof of my vehicle insurance or else they will debit my account. I immediately contacted them and emailed the proof. I received sms last night that ABSA vehicle finance debit order went through with about a R1000 more. I cant pay double insurance? I didn't sign additional contract with ABSA? This is!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
