Disappoing AIP and Vehicle Finance Service

At the end of May 2013 an additional amount of R526 was deducted from my vehicle debit order for Hollard insurance. I have received notification that this will happen 2 weeks ago via regular mail. Because the amount was larger than the normal debit order it bounced because I didn't know that amount will be deducted from my account. This happened twice. Although I've sent prove of my insurance at Outsurance since 2011 I've still not received my money back and although the bounced debit order has been paid I am still receiving phone calls and registered mail advising me to sort the problem. Up to this point no one has apologised and I've received horrible attitudes and service over the phone. This is incredibly disappointing since I've been with ABSA for many years and have 5 different accounts there. I owe ABSA nothing but feels like I've been treated like a criminal because one debit order payment was missed because of the additional money I did not approve. Now that I want my money back that was taken without my knowledge I have to go through great lengths just to speak to someone who can give me the necessary feedback. This is extremely disappointing.
