Shoprite
Deduct money 6 months late

I withdraw R2000 at the Shoprite in May 2013. Today 5 MONTHS later Absa has deducted the R2000 from my account as said that Shoprite only sent in their paperwork now. How is it possible for Shoprite to take so long and I have not budgeted for this amount to be deducted 6 months later? Terrible service and no one has answers!!!
