Wrong info on claim, and unpaid claim

I have put in a claim with MI way more than a months ago because my headlight was broken. After several phone calls and waiting on the line, my claim was approved. I was give a claim number C45310 and i was told that the panel beater will call me. I waited for days and there was no call, i call the panel beater and they confirmed that authorisation was not sent, i called the insurance which sent the authorisation few days after . on 10th June i went to the panel beater only to be told the part was not ordered and the info they have about my claim was that my car needs to be repaired (bumper and bonnet) which was a big cause my car only required a light fitted. i had to come back home after loosing a day of work (for nothing). I made follow ups with panel beaters to check if the part has arrived and finally they called me yesterday 13/06/13, when i got there i was told to pay R3000 excess which the insurance never bothered to tell me about. I was shocked cause the claim was still wrong. i asked the panelbeater to remove their light cause its about R1500-R2000 for a light. i went to GM and bought a light myself and fit it for R2000. Its time i get a new insure
