I called the Standard Bank call center this morning and the lady who was assisting me was swearing at me after I explained to her that I've been put through to her department after I explained my query to 7 people before I was sent to her. She then just made me hold and said nothing there after. I eventually hung up the phone. And I had to call again and explain my query to the 8th person.
This is not acceptable and unprofessional.
