Standard Bank
Call Center is just hopeless

I called the Standard Bank call center on the 25th of January to ask for Vehicle finance department to report committed by a car dealership. I was taken from pillar to post by people who either did not understand or were not interested in what I wanted to say. I believe standard bank has an ethics and compliance department within vehicle finance to make sure car dealers are not defrauding both the bank and the customer. Could someone from Standard direct me to that person/s?
