No-one follows up - no-one attends to my enquiry

I emailed a query on Sunday evening, 2nd June 2013. Since then I have received several emails from the abovementioned people letting me know they'd "forwarded my request' to the "right" department.
Apparently my email has not yet landed in the right department, as I am yet to receive an answer to my questions. I have explained I cannot hear properly, therefore I can't call and get my query dealt with in that way - it would appear I am penalised because I have to rely on email. I have also explained my enquiry is relatively urgent - it affects my application for a Schengen Visa... all this time-wasting is beyond annoying. I would appreciate it if the correct person would answer my query and email me immediately.
