I PHONED THE DEPARTMENT REGARDING CHECKING THE STATUS ON MY ACCOUNT AND GETTING A SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT, A LADY NAMED JUSTINE ASKED FOR A MY PERONAL LOAN ACCOUNT SO THAT SHE CAN BE ABLE TO CHECK THEN I SAD TO HER I DON'T KNOW MY ACCOUNT NUMBER BY HEART I CAN ONLY GIVE MY ID NUMBER SHE INSISTED ON SAYING SHE NEEDS A ACCOUNT NUMBER I SAID I DON'T HAVE THEN SHE SAID TO ME I MUST NOT SCREEM ON HER, THAT LADY IS VER RUDE AND SHE HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES
