I have never in my life experienced such bad attitude from a bank that I hold in such high regard! I called in to the home loan department for policy information, I have been put through from number to number today and finally when I was put through to the department were Furtana is (short term insurance department) she wanted to put me through again and I explained to her that I am with her because I have been put through, I am not getting any joy today for my query and she rudely hung up on me! Such disrespect! If she opted to work in a call centre environment then such an attitude is not need in the environment that she is in because she should be willing and able to deal with clients in a helpful and polite manner! I am so disappointed by the service I have received from FNB today and I have still not received assistance for my query.
