So after i explained my situation of how Standard Bank me i received an email from Kaylash Baaliah, CRR: Service Recovery Unit on 6 May 2013. She explained a different story and made it sound like me and my family are criminals and that we deserve whats happening to us. I responded to her on 7 May 2013, and had to explain the same story over again. I advised her of the people involved in what had happened to us. From the 7 May to the 14 May i havent received any reply or a call. Again previous Standard Bank agents we dealt with faded away like this. From the 14 May up until now we still havent received a reply and i emailed her on the 14th to ask what the progress is. But yet again Standard Bank fails to service their customers properly. We just want help or some sort of light at the end of the tunnel. But it seems like a conspiracy is going on where people from Standard Bank are either to afraid to sort out the matter, or someone has robbed me and Standard Bank. What is going on? Again Standard Bank is delaying the process, leaving me and my family stranded. The day i appeard in court i was told that Standard Banks lawyers pulled back the case. What now?
