It has been 5 weeks since my wife has had an accident, the car stayed at Outsurance yard for a week and nothing constructive got done except for some "approved panelbeater" that obviously is on their payroll, moved the vehicle to a panel beater of my choice, for an alternative quote. Outsurance SIAS reassessed quote ruling out in the panelbeaters quote book anything expensive besides the fact that parts have been clearly damaged! What . 5 weeks later and nothing also then told its not up to them to follow up and that they may use pirate parts etc, Outsurance does no follow up, send email to incorrect email address even after having this corrected with so called supervisor, never call back at all or very late - all bent over I presume. I have unfortunately been a client to long, and whenever a claim always and every time a problem. Dont use these people for insurance ever unless you like paying to get something back, just dont claim!
